Editorial information

VYRDICT scores, verdicts, trend commentary, product descriptions, and recommendations are editorial assessments based on the information reasonably available at the time of review. They are not guarantees that a product will suit every person or perform identically for every user.

Viral Score measures attention. Worth Score is VYRDICT’s structured evidence-based editorial assessment of value and is not a promise of quality, safety, effectiveness, availability, or future performance.

Optional accounts

Browsing does not require an account. If you choose to create a VYRDICT account, access is provided through passwordless email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account you use to sign in and for promptly securing that email account if you believe it has been compromised.

Saved products and syncing

Guest saves may be stored in the browser you are using. When you sign in, eligible guest saves may be merged into your cloud shortlist so they can sync across devices. VYRDICT may change, improve, or discontinue save and synchronization features, and temporary service or network issues may occasionally delay synchronization.

Deleting an account

A signed-in user may delete a VYRDICT account from the Account page. Account deletion permanently removes the VYRDICT authentication account and associated cloud-synced saved-product records. Deletion cannot remotely erase browser storage on other devices, and some limited technical or security records may remain where reasonably required for service integrity, provider retention, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Acceptable use and security

You may not use VYRDICT to submit spam, malicious links, unlawful material, or intentionally false research submissions; attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or administrative protections; interfere with the availability or security of the service; impersonate another person; or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Normal indexing by standard search engines is permitted. Automated activity must not overload the service, evade technical controls, harvest private account information, access non-public research or administrative interfaces, or interfere with other users.

Automated extraction and commercial reuse

Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by VYRDICT in writing, you may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, scraping tools, data-mining systems, or similar automated means to systematically extract, copy, download, monitor, or compile substantial portions of VYRDICT’s catalog, score history, verdicts, evidence summaries, rankings, editorial analysis, or other proprietary presentation.

You may not mirror, republish, sell, license, syndicate, or commercially reuse a substantial VYRDICT compilation, nor use bulk-extracted VYRDICT content or scores to create, train, populate, or maintain a competing product-discovery, scoring, comparison, or research database or service. These restrictions do not claim ownership of underlying third-party facts, product names, trademarks, or other material that belongs to its respective owner.

Limited quotation, linking, commentary, and other uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected. Standard search-engine indexing that respects VYRDICT’s technical controls is permitted.

Prices and availability change

Retailer availability, pricing, promotions, product formulations, packaging, and regional access may change without notice. VYRDICT works to keep catalog information current but cannot guarantee that every third-party page, local price, retailer listing, or regional status will remain unchanged.

Third-party shopping

Purchases are completed with third-party retailers, not with VYRDICT. Any transaction, shipping, return, warranty, customer-service, or payment issue is governed by the retailer’s own terms and policies.

Affiliate disclosure

Some retailer links on VYRDICT are affiliate links. VYRDICT may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to the shopper. Commercial relationships never purchase or determine Viral Scores, Worth Scores, or editorial verdicts.

Product suggestions

Submitting a product suggestion gives VYRDICT permission to use the submitted product information, links, and notes as research input for the catalog, duplicate detection, and editorial verification. You should submit only information you are permitted to share. Submission does not guarantee review, acceptance, publication, or a particular score.

Health, beauty, and wellness content

Where VYRDICT discusses beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements, fitness, or similar products, the information is for general product-discovery purposes. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Ingredient- or category-level clinical evidence does not necessarily mean the branded product itself was clinically tested.

Intellectual property and third-party brands

VYRDICT’s original site design, source selection and arrangement, scoring explanations, editorial text, graphics, analysis, and proprietary presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The VYRDICT name, wordmark, logos, and distinctive brand elements are proprietary brand identifiers; no right to use them is granted except as necessary to refer accurately to VYRDICT.

Product names, brand names, trademarks, retailer content, and third-party images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, research, or shopping-reference purposes as applicable. Nothing in these terms claims ownership of third-party rights.

No warranty and limits

VYRDICT is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VYRDICT does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free data, exact retailer availability, or that following a score or recommendation will produce a particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYRDICT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on editorial information, third-party retailer transactions, or temporary service interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Service and terms changes

VYRDICT may add, remove, revise, re-score, or retire products, features, retailer routes, or research methods as the service evolves. These terms may also be updated to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. The updated date below identifies the current version.
